BAKED BOMBRIE WITH GARLIC & ROSEMARY
1 petite wheel of bombrie
5 cloves of garlic
A few tips of fresh rosemary
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350⁰F or 180⁰C.
With a sharp knife score the top of the wheel into ½ cm squares.
Finely slice the garlic cloves and gently stud the top of the wheel with a few rosemary tips.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the middle is molten and the sides are swollen.
Spoon over the olive oil and sprinkle the sea salt before serving.
