Refund policy

• In case the delivery is not completed due to the following reasons -
• Wrong address provided at booking/ recipient unavailable/ premises locked, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund.
• Since the cheese is perishable in nature the delivery would be attempted only once and no returns would be accepted under such circumstances nor a refund initiated
